Ingredients
200g Buona fusilli pasta, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 onion (finely chopped), 2 tomatoes (chopped), 1 green bell pepper (diced), 1/2 cup black olives (sliced), 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, salt and black pepper to taste, fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
Cook Buona fusilli pasta in a pot of boiling salted water usually about 08-10 minutes until al dente. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until softened.
Add chopped tomatoes, diced bell pepper, and sliced black olives. Cook until tomatoes break down and sauce thickens slightly.
Season with red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
